Reply credits. One successful reply generation uses one credit, even with two suggestions. Regenerating or translating starts a new request; choosing an existing suggestion costs nothing. Failed requests don’t use credits.
Research credits. Little Engine looks up information online and prepares a researched reply. On paid plans, one successful research reply uses one research credit from its separate allowance.
Your billing period. Paid allowances renew with your monthly billing period, rather than the calendar month, and don’t roll over. Automatic Pre-Drafts also use your reply allowance.
The free trial. You receive 20 one-time credits, with no card, expiry date, or automatic charge. Ordinary replies use one credit; trial research uses a variable number of trial credits, starting at 11, and can require more than your remaining balance.
When a limit is reached. New requests using that allowance pause until it renews; there are no automatic overage charges. Trial credits don’t renew, and service rate and safety limits can also temporarily pause requests.
Subscription renewal and cancellation. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Open Manage subscription in the app’s Account settings to access billing; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period.
